Swiftspoke Couriers provides rapid, environmentally friendly local delivery services. We commit to executing all accepted deliveries within the agreed timeframe for our designated operating zones.
It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that all packages are securely wrapped, clearly labeled, and ready for dispatch at the scheduled pickup time. Delays caused by improper packaging or inaccurate address details may result in additional waiting fees.
For the safety of our riders and compliance with local regulations, we strictly prohibit the transport of the following items:
Corporate clients utilizing a business account will be invoiced on a monthly basis. All invoices are strictly payable within 14 days of receipt. Swiftspoke Couriers reserves the right to suspend account privileges if payments are severely delayed or remain outstanding past the formal notice period.
While we handle every consignment with the utmost care, our liability for loss or damage during transit is strictly limited to the documented replacement value of the goods, up to our standard local maximum coverage tier.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from delivery delays caused by extreme weather, sudden road closures, or other circumstances beyond our direct control.
